Upon termination of an account for cause attributable to a breach by the Member, any Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings held in the account are forfeited. Real-money balances remaining after deduction of any forfeited amounts will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following completion of identity verification, subject to u88my's AML obligations.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which u88my holds its gaming licence.
